About the Role

As a key member of the Siemens team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead our sales and bid preparation efforts for global projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prepare and submit bids for national and international projects
  • Collaborate with specialist departments and regional companies to ensure timely and competitive bid preparation
  • Drive costing, pricing, and cash flow planning to ensure alignment with company regulations and opportunity/bid core team
  • Analyze tender documents, create bid strategies, and control the process from contract negotiations to conclusion
  • Develop and implement winning strategies and tactics to drive business success
  • Liaise with customers on commercial matters, including conducting meetings and negotiations
  • Provide business administration reporting and support, including guarantees, insurance, shipping instructions, and invoices
Requirements
  • University degree in business, economics, or accounting, preferably at the Master's level
  • Experience in commercial project management and sales phase, preferably in the Siemens group
  • Proven understanding of business processes and digitalization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all members of an organization and business partners
  • Strong command of Spanish and English
