Our client is a well-established hygiene, health, and nutrition brand trusted by people worldwide. They prioritize protecting, healing, and nurturing the world through their relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier environment.
**Job Description:**
As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution. You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent level of Russian/Ukrainian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
**What We Offer:**
- Start date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary for sick leave (2-week probation period).
- Full-time position: 39 hours/week.
- Working days/Hours: Monday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM; and Wednesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year.
- Incentives: Top performance incentives.
- Holidays: 2 days accrued per month / 24 calendar holidays per year.
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
- Working from home: For candidates outside of Catalunya.
- Training: 2 weeks of training from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
