Your Role
As a customer service representative, you will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner. You will analyze consumer problems and offer individual solutions, providing an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media. You will develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client, embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, a high level of English (both written and spoken), and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be able to deal with sensitive calls with empathy, possess strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and have a professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving.
Benefits
This is a temporary, 3-month contract (1-month probation period) with the view to be extended. The contract includes a full-time schedule (39 hours/week), with Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The salary is €18,000 gross per year, with a bonus of €400 gross if ending the contract without sanctions. You will also receive top performance incentives, 2 accrued days per month, 24 calendar holidays per year, paid bank holidays, and 1 extra day in lieu. The hybrid model includes 4 days per month at the office and the rest working from home. You will receive 2 weeks of full-time training based in the office, located in Barcelona (La Sagrera).
