Job Description
We seek an exceptional customer service representative to deliver outstanding experiences through every interaction. This role involves handling telephone, email, and social media inquiries (as needed) and ensuring timely and professional responses to customer needs. You will constantly improve brand and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A fluent level of Nordic language with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A high level of English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment (a plus)
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask
- Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner
- Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong team spirit and a "can-do" attitude
