Origination Lead Role


At Unison Infrastructure, we're expanding rapidly and seeking a talented Origination Lead to grow with us. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage personal pipelines of origination leads from sourcing to closing, developing a consultative approach to clients considering a ground lease buy-out. As an Origination Lead, you'll achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings, rigorously monitoring personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of sales pipeline.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Familiarity with real estate closing process and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
  • Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries
