Senior Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Account Manager to join our team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive business growth and lead a team of Healthcare Professional Partners.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in promoting prescription medicines to Spanish specialists, with a strong track record of success in building relationships and driving sales. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as fluency in Spanish and very strong spoken and written English.
The role will involve engaging with key prescribing stakeholders, leveraging CRM tools, and working closely with the Head of Sales to prioritize engagement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing local market access specificities, overseeing new launches, and providing input on portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key prescribing stakeholders to promote our products and build relationships
- Manage local market access specificities, including wholesaler relationships
- Oversee new launches in Spain, coordinating sales, marketing, and commercial efforts
- Provide input on portfolio strategy, both globally and in-country
- Lead a team of Healthcare Professional Partners, providing guidance and support
Requirements:
- Experience in promoting prescription medicines to Spanish specialists
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and very strong spoken and written English
- Strong track record of success in building relationships and driving sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for engaging with people and a can-do attitude
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: €44-57k base based on experience
