Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analyses on projects or programs to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate HR services, initiatives, and programs to employees and management.
  • Respond to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
  • Support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • A graduate in Labor Relations or a related field is preferred.
  • Other qualifications related to the HR area (Pedagogy, Psychology, Law, etc.) may be valued.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functional areas.
  • Level of English C1.
  • Necessary customer orientation, teamwork, work autonomy, great communication and negotiation skills, as well as good planning and organization to attend to the workload.
