Your mission:
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our workforce at the Vitoria HQ by collaborating with various business functions (Strategy & Transformation and Business Units) to drive the achievement of organizational objectives through strategic HR guidance and support.
ResponsibilitiesYour daily responsibilities will include:
Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and professional development for employees based in Vitoria. Ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with local labor laws. Managing the HR agenda for HQ personnel. Acting as a strategic partner for line managers on HR matters, including recruitment, capability building, and training needs. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with people managers across various business units and within the broader PepsiCo network. Actively participating in the development of diverse initiatives within functional client groups, such as organizational design, change management, organizational effectiveness, career progression, and talent management. Leading business transformation initiatives from a people-centric perspective by closely collaborating with business and HR stakeholders, both locally and globally. Fostering strong connections within the wider HR community to effectively advance the HR agenda. Planning and occasionally delivering training in collaboration with Learning & Development, including onboarding for new hires and leading engagement activities at HQ. QualificationsWhat qualifications will you need to thrive in this role?
Proven experience in labor relations and organizational transformation, with a comprehensive understanding of Spanish labor laws. Proficiency in both Spanish and English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal influencing abilities. Capability to manage a wide array of issues and challenges concurrently to achieve desired outcomes. Innovative thinker, adept at devising and implementing practical solutions within various constraints, including time, resources, and policies.If your experience does not perfectly align with the requirements, we still encourage you to reach out if you are enthusiastic about the position.
