Your mission:

As a vital member of our team, your responsibility will be to assist our personnel at the headquarters by collaborating with all business functions (Strategy & Transformation and Business Units) to facilitate the accomplishment of business objectives through strategic counsel, guidance, and direction on all HR-related matters.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks with us:

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development for employees based at headquarters. Ensure adherence to policies and compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage the people-related agenda for headquarters employees. Serve as the HR business partner for line managers on recruitment, capability, and training needs. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with people managers across various business units and within the broader PepsiCo organization. Actively participate in the development of diverse initiatives within different functional client groups, including organization design, change management, organizational effectiveness, career development, and performance & talent management. Lead business transformation projects from a people-centric perspective by closely collaborating with business and HR stakeholders, both locally and globally. Build and nurture strong connections within the wider HR community to effectively advance the agenda. Plan and occasionally deliver training in partnership with Learning & Development, including onboarding for new employees and leading engagement activities at headquarters. Qualifications

What will you need to excel?

Experience in labor relations and transformation with comprehensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws. Proficiency in both Spanish and English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal influencing skills. Capability to manage a diverse array of issues and challenges simultaneously to achieve results. Innovative thinker, able to devise and implement practical solutions within various constraints such as time, resources, and policies.
