PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning & Network Strategy Modeler to join our team in one of our European hubs. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for enhancing Europe supply chain efficiency through the build and deployment of end-to-end modeling solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop network models that assess manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and inventory strategies to enhance overall efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain.
- Use advanced modeling tools, such as Llamasoft, to identify and deliver transformational productivity opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret supply chain data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead projects and partner with business unit teams to bring projects from concept to realization.
- Develop presentations, data visualizations, and calculate the financial impact of various scenarios to present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Llamasoft/Coupa end-to-end supply chain modeling tool, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and inventory aspects.
- Extensive knowledge of key principles of supply chain optimization, such as planning, transportation, inventory, and strategic sourcing.
- Previous experience in network modeling to define and create optimization opportunities.
- Conceptual thinker with ability to translate business logic into modeling concepts.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience with ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Excellent communicator with strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Research, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word).
