We are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive strategic decision-making, evaluate new opportunities, and shape our business strategy. As a VP of Business Operations and Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping our company's path towards capturing the market opportunity of the metaverse ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our leadership team in making informed decisions, evaluating new markets, and developing our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts to evaluate markets, synthesize information, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine market understanding, customer insight, and product vision into strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.
- Develop and implement processes and frameworks to improve day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth decision-making, prioritization, and OKR process execution.
- Identify areas for growth or efficiency and manage complex cross-functional efforts to deliver key business outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a business operations and strategy function at a high-growth product-led consumer tech company.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way and drive rapidly towards insight.
- Excellent synthesis, analysis, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to build, grow, and lead cross-functional teams and influence a diverse range of internal and external collaborators.
- Fast, flexible, and outcomes-oriented, with the ability to lead teams in a rapid cycle of analysis, decision, and action.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 10+ years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
