We are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive B2B success. As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for delivering Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and growing your skills in the field of language learning.

What We Do

We match online tutors from across the globe with learners and empower them to create live language classes using AI-powered tools and learning materials. Our goal is to deliver progress, create engagement, and keep our global community of learners motivated.

Our Business Team

We recently launched a Business solution that is growing exponentially and represents a substantial part of our business. We offer companies a flexible and effective way to upskill their employees and give them more confidence in languages.

Your Role

You will contact interested leads generated by marketing efforts and provide them with top-notch customer experience from the beginning. You will identify pain points and understand the needs of prospects by actively listening, asking the right questions, and staying curious.

Prioritize MQLs with the highest buying intent and ICP, and map out accounts, research DMs, reach out, and pitch why Preply is the right option for their teams.

Nurture old leads, climb up the accounts, and convert them to SQLs. Have a detailed knowledge of Preply Enterprise offerings and provide top-notch analysis of each prospect to the sales team using MEDDIC methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting interested leads via marketing efforts and providing top-notch customer experience
  • Identifying pain points and understanding prospect needs by actively listening, asking questions, and staying curious
  • Prioritizing MQLs with the highest buying intent and ICP
  • Nurturing old leads, climbing up accounts, and converting them to SQLs

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development and a passion for language learning.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
