At Lodgify, we're on the lookout for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, as well as prequalifying inbound prospects to drive our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prequalify inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
* Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
* Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution.
* Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently.
* Utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision.

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written English and French skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence.
* A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.
* Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Nice to Have:

* Previous experience in sales, preferably as an SDR.
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools.
