About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Business Developer Representative to join our Sales Development team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with C-level decision makers, and driving new sales through outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets while maintaining a high level of daily and weekly activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on available solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database.

Requirements:
  • Native level of Italian.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €40,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
