Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Client Success team as a Client Success Partner. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from their Gartner subscription.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across various industries and job functions
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate the value proposition to decision-makers
  • Facilitate client calls and engagements to understand priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment
  • Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience or internship experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
