Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and excited about new Microsoft technologies?

We are looking for a positive and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at isolutions AG. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance. You will also collaborate with third-party providers, analyze and solve user problems, create documentation, and maintain our Knowledge Database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance
  • Collaborate with third-party providers
  • Analyze and solve user problems
  • Create documentation and maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Administer access rights

Requirements:
  • Experience in 1st level support or customer service
  • Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Apple skills are a plus
  • Experience in Windows user support
  • Curious mindset and passion for technology
  • Ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
  • Native/Fluent level of German (at least B2), good level of English
