Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and excited about new Microsoft technologies?
We are looking for a positive and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at isolutions AG. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance. You will also collaborate with third-party providers, analyze and solve user problems, create documentation, and maintain our Knowledge Database.
Key Responsibilities:

- Administer access rights
Requirements:
- Experience in 1st level support or customer service
- Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Apple skills are a plus
- Experience in Windows user support
- Curious mindset and passion for technology
- Ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
- Native/Fluent level of German (at least B2), good level of English
