Technical Support Specialist L1 – German Speaker Isolutions

Customer Support Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for explaining technical concepts in simple terms? We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist L1 to join our team at Isolutions AG.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance
Collaborate with third-party providers
Analyze, solve, and document user problems
Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database
Administer access rights
Requirements:
Experience in first-level support or customer service
Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Apple skills are a plus
Experience in Windows user support
A curious mindset and a passion for technology
The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
Native/Fluent level of German (at least B2), good level of English
