We are seeking a German speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers with Autodesk products.
About the Position
This is a hybrid role with presence in the office required based on our needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues via phone, web, online forums, and other channels
- Document findings in our Knowledge Base
- Support product development teams with information for product improvement
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Experience with building design software (preferably Autodesk)
- Experience in the Architecture Engineering and Construction industry
- Passion for helping people and solving problems
