Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Autodesk team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to our software.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles to help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk AEC products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Professional experience in the AEC industry, with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Passion for helping others and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Customer service experience.
