Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Enterprise customers to optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technically guided presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs.
  • Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results identified in customer success plans.
  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions including Civil 3D and Infraworks.
  • Fluency in English and French required, any other additional European language is a plus.
