Job Overview
Autodesk is seeking a skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our Customer Success team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Enterprise customers to optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs
- Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
- Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives and implement changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks
- Fluency in English and French, with additional European languages a plus
