Job Overview

Autodesk is seeking a skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our Customer Success team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Enterprise customers to optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs
  • Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results
  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
  • Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives and implement changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional European languages a plus
