OSP comprises access to Ocado's physical automation, allowing highly efficient preparation of orders, together with the full end-to-end software applications required to operate a world-class online grocery business, bringing the best possible operational economics, consumer experience, and service to partners.
The Partner Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity in the European Partner Success Team to directly influence the commercial success of partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Combine knowledge of e-commerce, grocery retail, and online marketing with communication skills and analytical abilities to shape and influence how partners grow online.
- Work with the Ocado Partner Account team to drive the growth agenda in partners' businesses, enabling them to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability.
- Build effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and e-commerce stakeholders in partners' businesses.
- Leverage knowledge of customer objectives, strategic know-how, knowledge of the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), and the expertise of central growth subject matter experts to create and implement successful growth strategies.
- Support internal stakeholders in the region with insights and reporting on growth topics, as well as be a source of information and support for partners.
- Ensure partners' webshops are configured optimally, using the most impactful OSP features, to drive maximum customer acquisition, retention, and basket size.
- Consult with partners through in-depth projects and ongoing optimization forums aimed at improving their commercial performance.
- Leverage data to drive recommendations that improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, and one other European language is desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish).
- 5+ years of experience in one or several of the following fields: performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer business, commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business, retail management consulting, familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with or experience with measuring and optimizing key growth metrics, including user growth, conversion, LTV.
- Comfortable utilizing data to gain a clear understanding of the customer journey, identify and implement improvements, and measure performance.
- BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
