Ocado Technology is a technology-led, global software and robotics platform business, with a strong retail heritage.

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Partner Growth Manager to join our European Partner Success Team. As a key member of our team, you will directly influence the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a strategy to help partners grow and improve their commercial outcomes.
  • Leverage data to provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities to improve growth.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations for partners to implement within their organizations.
  • Support consulting services and programs by identifying opportunities to provide consulting services to regional partners, and implementing these programs with the support of the central growth team.
  • Be a subject matter expert, supporting the regional president and their team in all questions related to partner growth, and serving as a trusted counterpart to our partner's management team in questions related to growth.
  • Work with the central growth team to ensure best practices in market are applied.
  • Become an expert on all relevant OSP features that can support growth, and ensure partners are fully utilizing these features to drive their goals.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is essential, and one other European language is desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer business, commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business, or retail management consulting.
  • Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with or experience measuring and optimizing key growth metrics, including user growth, conversion, LTV.
  • BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
  • A highly analytical skill set, able to use data to drive insights and recommendations for partners.
  • Ability to create strategy with imperfect information to deliver business goals.
  • Highly commercial, able to identify biggest wins for our partners to focus on to improve growth and profitability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to external partners and senior audiences, particularly within an international context.
  • Natural relationship builder, able to build effective and trusted relationships with partners.
  • Self-starting, able to identify and pursue areas of opportunity in a new environment.
  • A passion for grocery retail and an understanding of the key marketing and commercial levers to drive growth.
  • Up-to-date on the industry, digital platforms, and changes as they roll out.
