The Partner Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity in our European Partner Success Team to directly influence the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to help partners grow and improve their commercial outcomes.
  • Utilize data to provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities to improve growth.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations for partners to implement within their organizations.
  • Support consulting services and programs by identifying opportunities to provide consulting services to regional partners and implementing these programs with the central growth team.
  • Be a subject matter expert, supporting the regional president and their team in all questions related to partner growth and serving as a trusted counterpart to our partner's management team in growth-related matters.
  • Work with the central growth team to ensure best practices in market are applied.
  • Become an expert on relevant OSP features that can support growth and ensure partners are fully utilizing these features to drive their goals.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is essential, and one other European language is desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business, or retail management consulting.
  • Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with measuring and optimizing key growth metrics, including user growth, conversion, and LTV.
  • Comfortable utilizing data to gain a clear understanding of the customer journey, identify and implement improvements, and measure performance.
  • BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
