Ocado Solutions is responsible for our corporate international partnerships, offering the proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) as a service to retailers around the world. OSP comprises access to Ocado's physical automation, allowing highly efficient preparation of orders, together with the full end-to-end software applications required to operate a world-class online grocery business, bringing the best possible operational economics, consumer experience, and service to our partners.

The Partner Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity in our European Partner Success Team to directly influence the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine knowledge of ecommerce, grocery retail, and online marketing with communication skills and analytical abilities to shape and influence how our partners grow online.
  • Work with the Ocado Partner Account team to drive the growth agenda in our partners' business, enabling our partners to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability.
  • Build effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders in our partners' businesses.
  • Leverage knowledge of customer objectives, strategic know-how, knowledge of the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), as well as the expertise of our central growth subject matter experts to create and implement successful growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in English essential and one other European language desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish)
  • 5+ years experience in one or several of the following fields: performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer business, commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business, retail management consulting
  • Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce
  • Familiarity with or experience with measuring and optimising key growth metrics including user growth, conversion, LTV
  • Comfortable utilising data to gain a clear understanding of the customer journey, identify and implement improvements, and measure performance
  • BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience desirable
