About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Growth Manager to join our European Partner Success Team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Ocado Partner Account team to drive the growth agenda in our partners' business, enabling them to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability.
  • Build effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders in our partners' businesses, leveraging knowledge of customer objectives, strategic know-how, and expertise in the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP).
  • Develop and implement successful growth strategies, combining knowledge of ecommerce, grocery retail, and online marketing with communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Support internal stakeholders in the region with insights and reporting on growth topics, as well as be a source of information and support for our partners.
  • Consult with partners through in-depth projects and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance, leveraging data to drive recommendations that improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential, and one other European language is desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish).
  • 5+ years of experience in one or several of the following fields: performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer business, commercial or trading experience in a direct-to-consumer business, retail management consulting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with or experience with measuring and optimising key growth metrics, including user growth, conversion, and LTV.
  • BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
