Your Role

You will establish relationships with IT decision-makers by engaging them through warm calls and product demos. Your goal is to identify opportunities and sell SolarWinds products and services within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with IT decision-makers.
  • Use a consultative approach to manage leads and conduct technical and non-technical product demonstrations.
  • Partner with sales engineering to identify the best platform fit for customers and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Create quotes and new customer accounts, coordinate with channel partners, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of the sales cadence to optimize its execution.
  • Previous experience working at a value-added reseller or distributor; channel experience is a plus.
  • A passion for selling and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • A solid understanding of IT concepts to quickly absorb and apply company-administered training.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaking.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
