We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous-Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing our busy kitchen, creating and executing top-notch food, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory management
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and culinary concepts
* Lead a multicultural team of chefs and kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Banquet Chef in a busy environment
