ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Trainee will provide support to the HR Senior Coordination team, focusing on daily activities and assisting the HR Team in various tasks. Key responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end recruitment process for BCG's support departments, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • General HR tasks, such as vacation tracking, policy implementation, internal initiatives, and project coordination.
  • Support in Career Development processes, fostering employee growth and development.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive personal and professional image, and high standards of professional behavior and ethics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime during peak periods.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Hold a Spanish University degree or equivalent.
  • Have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
  • Have administrative work experience in an HR environment (valuable).
  • Hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
TEAM DYNAMICS
The business management and operations team at BCG ensures the smooth operation of the company. This team includes executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and team leaders who manage operations and business management jobs.
