The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support HR functions with a focus on administrative tasks, employee management, and basic monthly reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Administration: Manage employee documentation and approvals, such as leave requests, benefits, and personal information updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Month-End Reporting: Assist in generating basic monthly HR reports, including attendance records, employee statistics, and payroll support.
  • Maintain HR databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Communicate event details with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Invoices and Expenses: Submit, track, and reconcile HR-related invoices and employee expense reports.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
