HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, employee management, and basic monthly reporting.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the HR field.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring HR operations run smoothly, handling employee approval requests, coordinating events, and processing invoices and expenses.
- Manage employee documentation and approvals, such as leave requests, benefits, and personal information updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in generating basic monthly HR reports, including attendance records, employee statistics, and payroll support.
- Maintain HR databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Submit, track, and reconcile HR-related invoices and employee expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
