Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth management of personnel files, payroll, and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel files, including hiring, departure, medical check-ups, and health insurance.
  • Follow-up on administrative files and agreements/contracts with schools.
  • Monitor working time, absences, and associated reporting.
  • Update personnel files and ensure statutory obligations, company, and labour agreements are applied.
  • Payroll: Calculate variable items, provide and control variables items, and ensure consistency between the absence management tool and timesheets.
  • Organize training actions, administrative follow-up of training files, and interface with training organizations.
  • Prepare necessary presentations for activity follow-up and update the company's Intranet with HR information/communications.

Requirements:

  • Language: English (B2) and Spanish (bilingual - C1/C2) - CEFR.
  • Available for occasional travels.
  • HR Administration diploma (2 years of higher education).
  • Good knowledge of labour law and payroll regulations.
  • MS Office suite skills (especially on Excel).
