The company is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will contribute to the management of HR topics by providing support to the HR team for activities related to administrative management of personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to fill this HR Assistant role. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Human Resources administrative management and payroll, with proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual). Main Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel files, including hiring, departure, medical check-ups, health insurance, and more
  • Follow up on administrative files and agreements/contracts with schools
  • Organize the welcome process for newcomers and its updates
  • Monitor working time, absences, and associated reporting
  • Update personnel files to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Apply statutory obligations, company, and labour agreements
  • Publish payrolls, calculating variable items, bonuses, tickets restaurants, etc.
  • Ensure consistency between absence management tools and timesheets
  • Control payslips and final settlements
  • Organize training actions and administrative follow-up of training files
  • Interface with training organizations
  • Update the financial monitoring of the training plan
  • Recruit talent by managing interface with local agencies and contributing to partnerships
  • Produce and monitor monthly reporting tables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Rigour and organization
  • Discretion and ability to keep information confidential
  • Strong analytical and summarizing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law and payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
