Human Resources Generalist

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of our local HR department, including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ensure the implementation and enforcement of our company policies and procedures.
Your Accountabilities
- Administer new employee assessments and maintain updated welcome documentation.
- Coordinate and manage data protection laws in ADM.
- Track working time and ensure compliance with ADM's policies.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Provide decision support to HR through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Labor Law, Administration, or Human Resources. You should have at least three years of experience in a Human Resources role and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spanish and English language skills are required. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
