Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Providing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and recruitment;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and files;
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, systems, and procedures to support business objectives;
- Coordinating and managing data protection law initiatives;
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
- Point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Labor Law, Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
- Three years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
