Human Resources Generalist for Spanish Operations

Kuoni Tumlare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Spain. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing essential HR functions, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws, supporting employee relations, and coordinating office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration

You will manage the complete payroll process, ensure timely payments to employees, administer employee benefits such as insurances and flexible remuneration packages, and prepare and check mandatory social security and withholding tax declarations.

  • HR Administration

You will deliver high-quality, detailed HR documentation as required, manage all employee's soft and hard copies, manage employee medical requirements, manage employee holiday queries, maintain our internal channels and distribution lists up-to-date, and take care of statistical surveys as necessary.

  • Risk Prevention and Safety

You will ensure compliance with legal requirements for workplace safety, risk prevention, and accident management, organize mandatory health and safety training sessions, schedule medical checks for employees, oversee workplace safety infrastructure, and ensure proper measures are in place.

  • Compliance

You will ensure proper application of the collective agreement and HR policies, manage labor law compliance, including inspections, legal documentation, and addressing employee queries, handle work permits and visas for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.

  • Training and Development

You will organize employee training programs based on company needs, manage FUNDAE funds, and ensure proper documentation for training subsidies.

  • Employee Relations

You will send internal communications on local HR topics, act as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries and issues, support employee engagement and experience initiatives, including event organization when required.

  • HRIS Management and HR Reporting

You will maintain HR data accuracy in the HRIS, update employee records, ensure compliance with data protection laws, prepare and deliver HR reports related to headcount, payroll, training, and employee queries.

  • Facilities Coordination

You will manage the day-to-day office facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment in Madrid and Barcelona offices, coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and infrastructure to meet employee and operational needs, communicate and negotiate with landlords for Madrid and Barcelona offices.

We offer a competitive salary package of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan and paid vacation time.
