Cencora Human Resources Administrator Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Cencora. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze and assist in executing training needs to design employee development.
  • Plan for staff career advancement and succession.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
  • Facilitate change in the organization, ensuring smooth transition for all levels.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new hires based on operational requirements.
  • Administer preparation for new and resigned employees, including issuing staff ID, creating user IT accounts, and arranging work desks.
  • Facilitate adequate orientation and induction for incoming staff, and arrange exit interviews for staff leaving the organization.
  • Coordinate yearly performance appraisals of staff.
  • Draft and develop country employment and personnel policies, programs, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with legal requirements and relevant labor law/employment act.
  • Prepare payroll data, including monthly payroll summary, salary increment, and bonus for the finance manager.
  • Plan and organize staff recreation activities, such as group health checks, celebrations, and annual company events.
  • Maintain an updated organization chart at all times.
  • Assist supervisors and departmental heads in administering appropriate disciplinary procedures.
  • Provide advice and counsel to employees on HR queries and employee relations matters, including disciplinary/grievance handling.
  • Participate in local manpower authority surveys, salary surveys, etc.
  • Ensure local practices are aligned with global HR direction.
  • Maintain various personnel/payroll-related records, ensuring all files and documents are in compliance.
  • Partner with the HR Service Center on digital file maintenance and requests as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Normally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience; HR experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Labor Law, EEO/AAP, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
