ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Trainee will provide support to the HR Team in various activities, including end-to-end recruiting, general HR tasks, and career development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the recruitment process for BCG's support departments, including finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
  • Support general HR activities, such as vacation tracking, policy implementation, internal initiatives, and communication.
  • Contribute to the career development process, including identifying training needs and developing training programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Spanish University degree, with a Master's in Human Resources being highly valued.
  • Administrative experience in an HR environment, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak periods, with a stress management capacity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
