ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Trainee will be part of the HR Sr. Coordination team, providing support on daily activities and assisting the HR Team in various tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to the end-to-end recruiting process for BCG's support departments, including Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
  • Support general HR activities, such as vacation tracking, policies, internal initiatives, and projects, as well as communication.
  • Assist in the Career Development process.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Spanish University degree (completed).
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable).
  • Administrative experience in an HR environment (valuable).
  • Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
