Job Summary

Hh Hunters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant/Advisor to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract. Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of HR casework, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Handle subject access requests (SARs) in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases with precision and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, managing inboxes, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Support data retention schedules, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider multinational team on data projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant/Advisor or similar role with a strong background in handling high volumes of casework.
  • Experience with subject access requests (SARs) and a thorough understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of other EU languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) would be valued.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
