We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Projects team.

What You Will Do- Combine analytical and process-oriented skills with planning and advisory capabilities to coordinate multiple delivery streams/trains.
- Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions.
- Apply excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills to provide in-depth analyses and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Play a lead role in project planning, software testing, implementation and post Go-Live support.
- A Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Studies/Administration or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field within the Financial Services, Banking, IT sectors and/or a renowned consultancy firm.
- High level of expertise in both business analysis and consulting by conducting thorough requirements analysis, creating detailed process maps, and advising clients on best practices.
- Experience in working on sizeable transversal projects and having an established track record in addressing complex topics.
- Understanding of IT constraints and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization.
