Board International is seeking a highly talented, self-motivated, and analytically minded Strategic Business Development Manager - Supply Chain Expert focused on S&OP to join our Pre-Sales team. This role will concentrate on Board's Manufacturing industry segment in Europe, covering core industries like Discrete Manufacturing, Pharma, and CPG.

As a Strategic Business Development Manager - Supply Chain Expert, you'll enjoy helping clients solve complex problems and showcase how BOARD Solutions and Platform can generate value and enhance their businesses.
Your Impact
• Engage with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify suboptimal business processes, related pain points, and become a trusted business partner that elevates the client's current practices and creates efficiencies in complex use-cases.
• Partner with the industry solution and account executive team to better understand and address the industry and target company challenges.
• Provide customer-tailored, strategic, senior-level Board Platform and Solutions presentations and demonstrations to convey BOARD's value proposition, and contribute to RFP/RFI completion, developing brilliant Board Solution Demos, Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing customers within the core industries.
• Assist and cross-train teammates and partners in fostering their knowledge on BOARD Solution and subject expertise, creating product and solutions awareness in the marketplace.
• Ensure a strong technical fit in the Board SaaS and technical offerings to the client's analytical needs, document, and transition deal knowledge to help ensure a successful transition to the implementation team for all winning proposals.
What You Need to Succeed
• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain (presales) capacity and/or supply chain consulting.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning processes; planning applications is a must.
• Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization, and S&OP areas is preferred.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 and €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Board Deutschland GmbH offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
