Sales Optimization Lead

The Sales Operations Manager role is ideal for individuals with the right blend of skills, experience, and character who want to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.
This senior role involves optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness by managing operational aspects, implementing strategies, and providing analytical support.
Collaboration with sales, finance, marketing, and other departments is crucial in enhancing processes and achieving sales objectives. In this position, you will oversee our Nordics and UK & Ireland region and regularly interact with local stakeholders (around 5-6 times per year).
We anticipate starting date in December or January next year.

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on location
You can expect:
Key Responsibilities- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Sales Training and Development: Design and implement sales training programs to equip sales representatives with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to address issues and promote alignment.
- Process Documentation and Improvement: Document sales procedures and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
