**Overview**
Stryker, a leading MedTech company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead high-value capital sales efforts within the European market.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong understanding of financial operations in hospitals. They will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, collaborating with local implant teams, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital administration to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle by guiding cross-functional teams and post-sale installation activities
- Collaborate with local teams to move accounts through the sales process
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers
- Cultivate new sales opportunities and manage leads generated by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, business administration or similar
- 7+ years of sales experience in the MedTech field, with a minimum of 5 years of capital sales experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)
