We are seeking an experienced Sales Readiness Manager & Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.



About the Role:




  • Design and deliver skills-based training programs to support achievement of sales targets and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
  • Analyze data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our clients, customer interactions, and evolving business environment to inform training content delivery
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team, encouraging individuals to manage their own competence and performance


Your Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience working in customer service, training, or sales capacity
  • Expertise in training and coaching with ability to adapt to diverse audiences
  • Experience in high-volume calling and CRM software (Salesforce.com)
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office and project management
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate multiple strategies and skills to varied audiences


What We Offer:




  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
