Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Ecommerce Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As an SMB Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, developing a book of businesses, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the outbound sales process, including prospecting, calling leads, and developing long-term client relationships in the eCommerce sector.
  • Develop and maintain a book of business, focusing on outbound opportunities rather than inbound queries.
  • Sell Lenovo products and solutions by configuring, pricing, and quoting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts and pipelines to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional account support through proactive follow-up and customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any operational or product issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices with the sales community to promote continuous learning and overachievement.

Qualifications:

  • Native French speaker with strong business English skills.
  • 4-5 years of successful experience in outbound-focused sales, with no requirement for IT-specific background.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and other basic tools to manage tasks and client communications.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
