About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers and leveraging your network in the region to uncover new business opportunities.

You will evaluate territory and vertical opportunities, taking full ownership of the strategic approach for your area. You will also keep updated on market trends, understand the competitor landscape, and identify opportunities for growth.

As a trusted colleague within your team, you will provide mentorship and coaching to your peers. You will define, design, and iterate our sales processes to ensure Neat is ready for the next stage of our hyper-growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers
  • Leverage your network in the region to uncover new business opportunities
  • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities
  • Keep updated on market trends and understand the competitor landscape
  • Define, design, and iterate our sales processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice
  • Regional experience of customers
  • Knowledge of the video conferencing industry (plus)
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans
  • Developing new business and growing new business areas
