About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Cybersecurity team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across our entire cybersecurity portfolio and generating new leads with new or existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including sales teams, marketing, and internal subject matter experts, to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Business Planning and Execution: Develop business plans with strategic partners and sales teams to generate new opportunities, and execute these plans by engaging with vendors, sales teams, marketing, and clients.
  • Partnership Management: Support partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop joint offerings or solutions with partners.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Support marketing activities to promote cybersecurity offerings to clients and market, including physical or virtual events, marketing campaigns, client workshops, and more.
  • Workshop Execution: Support the execution of cybersecurity workshops on new or existing clients to promote NTT cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement or expansion with existing partnerships and support the optimization of processes and workflows related to partnership management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including internal and external partners, to drive business growth and success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities that could impact partnerships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Seasoned Business Experience: Seasoned business experience in a technology or services environment, particularly selling Security solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Seasoned knowledge of the Spanish cybersecurity market, cybersecurity vendors ecosystem, Secure Cloud, Secure IoT/OT, Secure Workplace, and Secure Applications and Security Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Seasoned technical, quantitative, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to lead technical design workshops with clients and internal business stakeholders.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, and technical or sales certification in security products, such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GISF.
