European Sales Development Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key player in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range, you will work directly with independent retail outlets, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.
**About the Role**
In this dynamic and modern work environment, you will be responsible for engaging with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges. You will advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities and develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.

- Possess a third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
**Language Requirements:**
Fluency in English and Greek, plus one additional European language (Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
**Benefits:**
This full-time, office-based position offers a gross salary of €32,000 per year, relocation support, profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, Share Save scheme, and more.
