Strategic Growth Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Strategic Growth Director to drive our company's strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and strengthening our market position through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive growth and strengthen our market position. Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital media industry. Analyze the financial and operational performance of potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
2. Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify, evaluate, and coordinate potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic objectives. Lead the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational assessments, to ensure thorough evaluation of targets. Negotiate terms and conditions of deals, ensuring alignment with our goals and risk tolerance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, financial advisors, and investment banks, to execute transactions.
3. Investments and Divestments: Evaluate and recommend investments in new ventures, technologies, or markets that offer strategic growth opportunities. Oversee the company's investment portfolio and make informed decisions on divestitures to optimize returns. Plan the collaborative integration of new acquisitions to ensure they deliver expected value.
4. Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance to evaluate the financial impact of deals and initiatives. Develop and manage financial models and forecasts to support decision-making. Present financial insights to senior management and the board.
5. Project Management: Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Build and lead a high-performing corporate development department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic consulting. Experience in the digital media industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Proven track record of successful M&A transactions and strategic partnerships. Experience leading, managing, and developing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and negotiation. Experience in Crypto is required. Experience in iGaming is beneficial but not necessary.
